Dr Baker is the inventor of the Zest VR system which spins out from one of his long-standing and established companies, HVS Image Software Ltd, a company whose systems are used by over 1000 scientific laboratories including two Noble prize winners. Dr Baker has a doctorate from Oxford University, and was a prestigious dost-doctoral research fellow in Neuroscience at Oxford working with the former head of the UK Medical Research Council, Professor Sir Colin Blakemore and developed his skills used in this project both in the experimental psychology department of Cambridge University, England and for the EEG at Janssen Pharmaceutical, one of the Johnson & Johnson group companies and in a visiting fellowship at Scotland’s Glasgow Caledonian University. As well as degrees from Imperial College London (‘the British MIT’ and consistently in the top ten universities globally), the University of London and the University of Oxford he is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and an Associate of the Royal College of Science

STEN ANDRÉ RIGEDAHL is a Swedish Londoner with 20+ years of experience as a strategic advisor to 100+ companies globally, who is engaged in the local community, and has a passion for creating value and helping entrepreneurs, businesses and people grow, expand and succeed, especially in the health care sector.
He was born and raised in Sweden and loved learning and being a student while working at a consultancy and as a financial advisor at a bank and took three degrees in engineering, finance & marketing.
Andre has spent a year in Paris working for a start-up while studying French at the Sorbonne.
After graduation, he worked with a CEO on a turnaround project in Germany and was then recruited to work for a small strategy boutique in Stockholm, Sweden.
He moved to London in 2004 and started freelancing for various consultancies, banks and Venture Capital, and Private Equity firms, including McKinsey, Goldman Sachs and EY and worked on many projects for many clients in various sectors, including Samsung, Microsoft, Coutts & Co, Coca Cola, Ferrari and Volkswagen.
For VC/PE Sten has explored small niche markets and analysed acquisitions markets. On the sell-side, he worked with BAA to help with their initial sell-side analysis before the big investment bank team moved in and BAA was sold to Macquarie Group.
He has experience working for various market research firms helping them with the preparation of projects, coordinating high-level interviews with C-suite executives and conducting quality control of interviews in four different languages and coached researchers.
